I almost collapsed...… 


I am pushing myself beyond what I usually do, & I am surprising myself daily. ♥ I am going beyond what I thought I could handle. I feel great. 
Y'all everyday push yourself at least 1 inch more. You will be screaming Hootie, Hoot, Hoo!!! ♥ ♥ ♥


Share with me what kind of workout your doing?

The most important thing we must do is start training our bodies. Find something you love doing, whether it is running, dancing, walking, riding a bike, tennis, etc. Do it four to five times per week for 45–60 minutes. It is the best hour you can give to your body and to your health (physical and mental!). If you are stressed, move your body! I am finding out that moving your body frees your mind.

Dear Ruby, you are truth and inspiration. I was so disappointed when the Ruby cruise was cancelled. One of my goals is to meet with you and speak with you in person...and also give you great big hugs :) Though I haven't been able to work out yet (except for some slow walking and light housework due to pnumonia), I am looking forward to doing aqua aerobics and yoga again, as well as Zumba!! It looks like so much fun and I love dancing! God has given you many gifts...you inspire us all...love Meg PS Please tell Georgia I am praying for her.
