Love to see you doing this! I started the challenge exactly a month ago. I was given a month free for exchange of something else from a friend because I couldn't afford it. Seems like a great product and can't wait to be able to go full force with Visalus. As soon as I can, I will be kicking ass and taking names! I lost 10 lbs so far... MANY MANY more to go. Good luck!

Hi Ruby,
I asked you about the calories in the pumpkin muffins a couple of weeks ago but didn't hear back from you so I thought I would try again. The recipe says you can eat the whole lot for 230 calories! How can this be? And do you mean spice cake( the recipe says soice so I was wondering if that was a spelling error).

Hope to hear from you. Keep up the good work.

Jo.
